James Madison Director of Athletics Matt Roan announced today the hiring of James Troutman as the department's new Associate Athletics Director for Ticket Operations. Troutman brings nearly a decade of experience leading ticket operations, fan engagement initiatives and revenue strategies at the collegiate and professional sports levels.
