Position Highlights

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with the setup and tear down of all technical equipment, including cables, cameras, and audio gear.
- Manages cabling and logistics during live broadcasts to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Coordinates timeouts during live events, ensuring proper timing and communication with the production team.
- Provides general support to camera operators, audio engineers, and other crew members during production.
- Troubleshoots any logistical issues related to equipment or crew placement during live broadcasts.
- Assists with managing on-site equipment, including setup, transportation, and storage.
- Acts as the point of contact for ensuring all utility-related tasks are completed on time.
- Works with the Director and Producer to ensure smooth transitions and setups during breaks or timeouts.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of NCAA, Big 12, and University rules and regulations related to position.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations.
- Outstanding organizational skills, including a strong design sense and close attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a prior college or university.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses.
