Summary of Job Duties: Join the energy of Razorback game day and play a vital part in fundraising efforts by selling 50/50 raffle tickets to fans throughout the stadium. This role calls for enthusiasm, resilience, and Razorback pride —rain or shine, win or lose! You should be aware that you will be held accountable for and must abide by University of Arkansas, Southeastern Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

Duties include:
•Proactively interact with fans to encourage ticket purchases
• Clearly communicate raffle rules and prize information
• Accurately process mobile payments
• Walk through the tailgating areas and stadium 2 hours prior to kick-off until the end of half-time
• Maintain a friendly, high-energy presence while representing Razorback Athletics

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, or inclement weather

• Ability to be on your feet, walking or standing for 3–5 hour

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Must be at least 18 years older
