Penn State University is seeking a part-time Director of Player Development for Women's Basketball. This position will be responsible for needs relating to the Penn State Women's Basketball program including the following:
- Assist coaching staff with creating on and off the court player development plans.
- Assist coaching staff with the implementation of those plans.
- Provide video to support those development plans.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State University is seeking a part-time Director of Player Development for Women's Basketball. This position will be responsible for needs relating to the Penn State Women's Basketball program including the following:
- Assist coaching staff with creating on and off the court player development plans.
- Assist coaching staff with the implementation of those plans.
- Provide video to support those development plans.
- Gather video for player comparison videos.
- Create individual player video edits for teaching purposes.
- Aid coaching staff for scouting opponents.
- Prepare statistical analysis and tendency breakdown of each opponent.
- Assist WBB Staff with official and unofficial visits.
- Assist WBB Staff with recruiting calls.
- Other duties as assigned by the head coach and assistant coaches.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties.
