JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State University is seeking a part-time Director of Player Development for Women's Basketball. This position will be responsible for needs relating to the Penn State Women's Basketball program including the following:

  • Assist coaching staff with creating on and off the court player development plans.
  • Assist coaching staff with the implementation of those plans.
  • Provide video to support those development plans.
