HEAD COACH - WOMEN'S SOCCER

Purpose of the job:

This is a 12-month position responsible for all aspects of the Women's Soccer program, including the administration of day-to-day aspects of a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III soccer program. This includes a commitment to the student-athletes' academic progress and degree completion.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to build, mold, and cultivate a winning Women's Soccer program at the University of St. Thomas that provides a positive environment for its student-athletes to succeed spiritually, socially, academically, and in competition. The program will be a part of the NCAA and will function as a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC). The candidate will be instrumental in determining the foundation and direction of the program.

Reporting lines:

The Head Women's Soccer Coach will report to the Director of Athletics for all matters related to the Women's Soccer program and will work closely with Admissions, faculty, administration, and staff to help advance UST athletics.
