Required Field(s) of Study

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree along with a First Aid/

CPR

certification. Must also be accepted into one of the allotted graduate programs at Indiana State University. Must hold either

SCCC

or

CSCS

certification(s).

Preferred Relevant Education and Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Professionalism in dealing with coaches and student-athletes; Working knowledge of computers and technology is required; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to critically assess, utilize, and troubleshoot various forms of weight room technology

Job Duties

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Primary duties of the GA position include (but are not limited to) the following: programming and implementation of all strength and conditioning training for team/s assigned, assisting with coaching all other sport teams in their respective strength and conditioning sessions, helping conduct any testing performed with our athletes, along with general maintenance of the weight room.  |
