Louisiana Tech University, a Division 1-A member of Conference USA is seeking candidates for Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Candidate should have advanced computer expertise; sound written and verbal communication skills; and organization and time management skills. Candidate should also have experience in arranging team travel, scheduling tournaments and exhibitions, scouting, contracts, video editing, directing summer basketball camps, basketball analytics, and with compliance and scholarship documents. Candidate must have a commitment to athletic and academic success, and a knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and bylaws.
