Position Function

This position will work in conjunction with the Director of Football Operations and the Recruiting Coordinator(s) for the Ball State University football program to provide a first-class experience for both prospective and current student-athletes. This position will adhere to Ball State University,

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Two years of related work experience.

Manage the organization and vision of all recruiting events throughout the calendar year. |

Work in conjunction with the Athletic Compliance office in regards to the on-campus recruitment of all prospective student-athletes. |

Serve as the summer bridge coordinator to assist student-athletes in the transition to college and sport success by providing the academic skills and social resources needed to succeed in a college environment. |

Review interpretations from the compliance staff before acting when necessary. Report potential rules violations and completes paperwork timely and efficiently. Monitor all assigned areas and/or programs activities closely to maintain compliance with applicable rules and regulations. |
