Responsibilities:

• Instructs student-athletes, improving skill, sport performance and leadership
• Assists Head Coach in coaching student-athletes • Counsels team members in academic, disciplinary and personal matters; assists in monitoring the academic progress and eligibility status of student-athletes
• Manage the evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes
• Monitors the conditioning and training of student-athletes
• Participates in analysis of past performance, opponent's performance, designing game plans/strategies, etc.
• Assist with program operations, including team travel, team meals, procurement and inventory of team equipment and apparel
• Maintains positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating effectively with students, students' parents, faculty, co-workers and managers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Collegiate or Professional playing experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in the technical and tactical knowledge of soccer
• Capability to instruct student-athletes and increase their athletic performance
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong technological skills
• Organized
