Lindsey Wilson University, located in Columbia, Kentucky, is seeking applicants for an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach to assist in directing a program that has won 9 NAIA national championships. Lindsey Wilson, a member of the Mid-South Conference and the NAIA, sponsors twenty-eight sports and has 800+ student-athletes participating in the various programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out coaching and administrative duties for the men’s soccer program as directed by the head coach, including, but not limited to: conducting practices, recruiting, team travel, fundraising, academic monitoring of student-athletes, facility upkeep and other duties as assigned by the head coach. The assistant coach will also be the head junior varsity coach.
This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits. Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree with previous coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of the Lindsey Wilson mission and align philosophically with an enrollment-driven institution. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
