Essential Job Duties
Primary duties of the Assistant Director of Creative Media include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the graphic design production for all needs for the football program including recruiting and social media and internal operations.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic content strategies and creative campaigns
- Stay ahead on trends within the creative industry
- Manage creative assets and content for digital platforms and branding efforts
- Collaborate with creatives in photoshoots for the football team and recruiting office during games, practices, team activities, high school visits, and official visit weekends.
- Manage photography archival process
- Oversee a graphic design internship program (including intern recruitment, retention, and oversight)
- Assist with special projects such as the enhancement of environmental properties in the football facility
- Collaborate on internal presentations
- Attend creative, external, and recruiting meetings
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach, General Manager, and Director of Creative Media.
Qualifications
| Minimum Experience/Education |
High school diploma or equivalency and two years of visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

- Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software

- Experience in an Athletics department
