Minimum Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in collegiate or professional videography experience.

Experience working with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, broadcasting, and experience with Panasonic, Sony, and Cannon video cameras/DSLRs is required.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Positions Supervised

This position may supervise student workers, and interns, and assign tasks to independent contractors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Familiar with Ross broadcast equipment including Ross Xpression Ability to utilize Newtek Tricaster and Threeplay replay.

Experience with live videoboard broadcasts.

Knowledge of LiveU broadcast equipment.

Knowledge and experience using various Adobe products.

Skilled in web and video editing.

Job Duties

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Coordinates the streaming and distribution of game footage, feature pieces, and press conferences for all sports for department social media platforms and website. This may include live games, weekly press conferences, and/or other shows/special features we stream. |

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Shoot and edit game highlights and recap packages with various sports. In addition, to provide digital content for social media platforms like hype videos and behind-the-scenes team content. |

Oversees the operation of campus video boards, including maintenance and live game production. Also, oversees the maintenance of video equipment and computers used for audio and video streaming. |

Posts highlights of various sports to the American Athletic Conference video exchange but not limited to posting videos (post-game interviews and press conferences) to GoTigersGo.com and/or the Memphis Athletics social media platforms. |

Serves as liaison with the American Athletic Conference (American Digital Network), SideArm Sports, for video and audio web streaming; but not limited to working with ESPN+ media partner/production crew or other outside broadcast networks |

Produces, shoots, and edits weekly coaches’ shows; posts completed content to GoTigersGo.com and the Memphis Athletics social media platforms. |

Videos footage for projects as needed for Athletics Development, Tiger Sports Properties, the University of Memphis Athletics for Diversity & Equality (UMADE), overseeing all phases of each project, and videos of various athletic events. |
