Position Description:
The medicine team facilitates the care of student-athletes. Responsibilities include the evaluation of illnesses, injuries, and the course of action. Assist in coordinating appropriate medical personnel coverage and travel with assigned teams for away competition. Serve as a liaison for the medical care and well-being between student-athletes, coaches, physicians, healthcare providers, and sports medicine staff. Update and maintain accurate medical records for individual student-athletes, including medical history, physical exam forms, daily injury reports, and progress notes. Responsible for the operation and implementation of preseason physicals. This position will serve as the athletic trainer for assigned teams.

- Master's Degree
- Minimum of two years of experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
- BOC certified, Indiana License or ability to obtain, CPR/First aid certified.

Other Qualifications:
- Up to 50% travel.
