Job Description

Primary duties include working closely with the Head Coach and Assistant Coach to develop and coach an NAIA athletic team and assist with all phases of directing and managing a successful program. Actively work as the programs JV recruiting coordinator; recruiting and assessing prospective student athletes for the program in an organized manner. Maintain knowledge of coaching strategies by Aiding in designing and providing instruction on individual and team skills to both junior varsity and varsity programs. Participates and plans fundraising projects and other team activities. The women’s volleyball program is committed to building a diverse and inclusive faith-based community.
