This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a growing sport at a historic institution dedicated to the advancement of women.

  • Recruitment & Retention: Attract, enroll, and retain student-athletes who demonstrate academic promise, athletic ability, and a commitment to personal growth.
  • Training & Performance: Develop and implement practice schedules, technical training, conditioning programs, and match strategies that promote peak performance and long-term athlete development.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Organize all facets of competition and team operations, including scheduling matches and tournaments, coordinating travel, and ensuring compliance with hosting and safety protocols.
  • Budgeting & Fundraising: Manage the program’s operating budget responsibly. Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and campus partners to support program growth.
  • Student-Athlete Success: Foster a team culture that supports academic achievement, emotional well-being, and leadership development in collaboration with academic advisors and campus support services.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full adherence to NAIA standards, institutional policies, and applicable conference guidelines. Model ethical behavior and maintain athlete safety standards at all times.
