We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head Coach of Track & Field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing student-athletes, as well as a strong background in track and field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for student-athletes
• Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques and strategies
• Recruit and retain talented student-athletes
• Manage team logistics, including scheduling, travel, and equipment
• Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the overall success of the program

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in track and field
• Strong knowledge of track and field techniques and training methods

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
