Graduate Assistant, Men’s and Women’s Track and Field

Seton Hill University (NCAA Division II, PSAC) is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant coaching position (Throws) for their Men’s and Women’s Track & Field programs.
This position will assist the Head Coach with all aspects of coaching, recruitment, team management, planning and executing training, practices, and meets.
Incumbent must be able to coach the Throwing disciplines (shot put, hammer, weight throw, disc, javelin); have knowledge of successful strength & conditioning program relevant to events; must be able and willing to aid in all levels of prospective student-athlete recruitment, with a primary focus on Throwing events; participate in professional electronic, phone and interpersonal communication to individual players, administrators, and recruits.; and participate in professional development.
Graduate Assistants, as part of their position, will be offered a tuition scholarship and will be paid for hours worked. A bachelor’s degree and acceptance into one of Seton Hill University’s eligible graduate programs (MBA or Education) is required.
