Job Summary:  The Director of Player Development oversees the development of student-athletes. Monitors strength and conditioning program and academic progress. Assists in the coordination of all sport operations to include camps, clinics, and on-campus recruiting.


Additional Department Summary:  Oversees activities related to the overall development of Women's Basketball student-athletes including monitoring of strength and conditioning program, academic progress, and recruiting operations. Assists in the overall coordination of all Women's Basketball operations including camps, clinics, and video operations.
