Join Our Team as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations!

Are you passionate about women’s basketball and ready to make a significant impact? Under the guidance of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Aztec women’s basketball program. As the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations, you’ll oversee the daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between the women’s basketball team and Athletics administration.

Manage team travel, preparation, and student-athlete academic support.

Oversee budget and facilities management.

Develop effective communication strategies with student-athletes, their parents, staff, and alumnae.

Lead marketing and fundraising initiatives.

Assist in organizing and administering pre-season, season, and post-season programs.
