To support the Head Women's Basketball Coach in navigating the complexities of roster management, recruiting, and analytics in today's evolving landscape.  The Special Assistant will play a crucial role in driving the program forward, ensuring that every decision is grounded in data and strategic insight, ultimately leading the team to unprecedented success.
