Position Highlights

The University of Arizona seeks a Director, Men’s Basketball Operations for administration of the men’s basketball program.
This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate student-athlete schedules and overall time demands/workload; including academic requirements, practice, individual training, strength and conditioning, and medical services.
- Assist with team travel logistics, including hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and meals.
- Work directly with the Special Assistant to the Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator to organize and execute activities associated with team and recruiting operations.
- Support on-campus recruiting operations and an emphasis on scheduling and logistics.
- Identify and execute opportunities for student-athlete professional and personal development.
- Budget Accountability.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- One year of experience.
