Job Description

 

The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking an Athletics Facilities Business Coordinator.  

Reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Offer, this individual will be responsible for:

• Serving as the business office liaison for the Facilities and Events department
• Managing the Internal Event Calendar EMS system
• Overseeing Facilities access and the distribution of keys
• Monitoring athletic department van rentals
• Working with various departments and sports to handle camp reservations
• Managing the day-to-day expenses of the department through ledgers, reports, and financial statements
• Reconciling invoices for Facilities, Event Management, Sports Turf, and Engineering
• Reviewing, auditing, and processing purchase requisitions, One Card expenses, and reimbursement transactions
• Ensuring all business transactions are being charged to the proper accounts
• Scheduling the security personnel for the Sports Park
• Monitoring inventory and the work order system and space management
• Other duties as assigned.
   
   

Shift

 

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

 

Prior experience in Athletics or Business Operations is preferred.

 

Anticipated Hiring Range

 

Salary Range: $52,915.20 - $55,000

Grade: GGS 9e
