Required Minimum Qualifications:  Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to operate tools, equipment and machinery necessary to complete the work. Must be able to lift, handle and maneuver the tools, materials and supplies of the job.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience performing the duties assigned.
