The Athletic Compliance Office at Baylor University is seeking a Associate Director/Director of Compliance to support Baylor University's mission

A Bachelor's Degree is required along with three years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith. A Master's degree and five years of relevant experience is preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Director of Compliance Monthly Reports
  • Oversee production of monthly compliance reports for each sport

• Director of Camps Program
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive education, system (forms) and monitoring program for camps
  • Director of Compliance Calendar 
• Assistant Director of External Audit Program 
  • Annual Visit
  • Execution of Recommendations
  • Identification of Topics to be Reviewed
• Assistant Director of Secondary Violation Reporting 
  • Investigation
  • Submission
  • Tracking
  • Penalties
  • Remedies
• Assistant Director of Financial Aid Matters
  • Oversight of any routine or complex financial aid matter
