JOB PURPOSE:

This position will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Howard University women’s lacrosse program, a Division I program competing in the Northeast Conference (NEC).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Practice planning and practice activities
• Recruiting, official and unofficial visits
• Game preparation and scouting, video breakdowns
• Team travel
• Academic monitoring
• Compliance with NCAA, NEC and University rules and regulations
• Fundraising and community service

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:

Reports to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience coaching or playing collegiate lacrosse
  • Strong interpersonal skills

SALARY RANGE DISCLOSURE:

$40,000 - $45,000
