Conference), and women’s equestrian (National Collegiate Equestrian Association). This is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

The responsibilities of this position involve assisting in all aspects of maintaining a successful

NCAA

Division I women’s basketball program and assisting the Athletic Department in achieving the goals for student-athlete development.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Bachelor’s degree completed by application deadline;

At least 1-year extensive knowledge and understanding of the sport of basketball and familiar with all aspects of women’s basketball;

Proven career path;

Effective communication (oral, written and interpersonal) skills;

Ability to be self-directed and motivated;

Experience providing direction to others;

General knowledge of

NCAA

manual and governance structure;

Knowledge of recruiting practices;

Organize team travel coordination;

Collegiate basketball related experience;

Summer camps experience (organizing and operating); and

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Division I coaching experience; and

Working knowledge of computer systems and various software packages.
