Job Summary:
On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator for the Football program under the general supervision of the Head Coach, Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations. This is a non-coaching position with secondary oversight of the recruiting efforts of Holy Cross Football. The primary role will be assisting in managing every facet of on-campus recruiting, including but not limited to, unofficial & official visits, campus tours, prospect clinics and junior days. The secondary role of this position is assisting with all recruiting correspondence including graphics distribution, recruiting board management and letters. Candidates should be pursuing a career in football in the recruiting or operations field of athletics. Qualified candidates should have at least two years of experience working within a collegiate athletics program. This position will not include any on-field or off-field coaching.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist with planning and execution of all on-campus events as it relates to football prospects
- Provide tours of campus and athletic facilities for any and all visiting prospects and families
- Oversee gameday visits
- Assist coaching staff with all recruiting travel including plans, notes, contact information, etc.
- Manage recruiting boards using ARMS software for the entire football staff
- Assist in the creation and distribution of all recruiting graphics, letters, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach, Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus one to two years of related experience
- Knowledge of recruiting software including ARMS
- Knowledge of office technology including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of all NCAA rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect and build relationships with prospective student athletes and families
- Ability to work constructively and collaboratively in a diverse environment
- This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as part of your job responsibilities. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to background checks

This is a part time (10 hr / 8 month) exempt level position.
