Position Summary:
The Assistant Baseball Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Baseball Coach with the baseball program. 

Primary Duties:

• Assist the Head Baseball Coach to recruit quality student athletes and to develop practice and competition strategies which will allow the team to be successful;
• Available to travel with teams and work nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.

Secondary Duties:

• Any other duties as assigned by the Head Baseball Coach.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the game of baseball and ability to coach the game of baseball.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Prior coaching experience at the collegiate level.  

Knowledge and Skills:

• A demonstrated knowledge and ability to coach the game of baseball;
• A proven record in following directives and being responsible for tasks which have been assigned.

Reports to:
Head Baseball Coach

Hours: nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Position:   Part-time/12-month
