Job Description
- Oversee the day to day compliance operations
- Eligibility checklists
- Practice clearance
- Coordinate and administer the National Letter of Intent program
- Assist with schedule creation and degree applicable course review
- Oversee early registration for select sports
- Transcript review and eligibility certification (initial and PTD)
- Review CARA logs, review and approve playing and practice seasons, and approve competition schedules
- Maintain coaching and staff rosters; review staff declarations and staff roster addendums
- Review unofficial and official visit requests
- ARMS forms - add and remove from roster forms, tryout forms, off campus recruiting authorization, change of athletics aid requests, etc.
- Oversee the complimentary admissions process for student-athletes, prospects, and coaches
- Submit initial eligibility, progress toward degree, student-athlete reinstatement, and legislative relief waivers when necessary
- File violations when applicable
- Track financial aid figures for each sport (athletics aid/institutional aid)
- Complete the ACP report, financial aid report, Sports Sponsorship and Demographics report, and assist with the EADA report
