| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics compliance plus supervisory/management experience.
- Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.

| Desired Qualifications |
- Master’s and/or Juris Doctorate degrees.
- Experience with Teamworks Compliance and Recruiting software.

Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.
